MEET THE DOCTORS
DR. HAMID ROUHANI, DDS
Dr. Hamid Rouhani did his undergraduate studies at UNLV, graduating in 2002 before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2006 from the UNC Chapel Hill. He then attended a residency program at the VA in Fayetteville, NC, to achieve a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. He served as an adjunct faculty at the UNC dental school teaching dental students a few times a semester.
“In residency, I received great exposure to many procedures. It was by far the best decision I made for my career and education. I was exposed to and experienced many advanced procedures that are usually reserved for specialized fields such as Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, TMJ, and Prosthodontics. Now I have a unique skill set that allows me to serve my patients with a wide array of treatments confidently while saving them time and money.”
Dr. Rouhani has not let up since. Educational opportunities are a part of his life. He’s an active attendee at The Dawson Academy, an elite school and world renowned, advanced academy for advanced smile corrections, esthetics and treatment of masticatory system. He also undergoes many hours of specialized training each year in the form of continuing education. “In dental school I learned how to treat a tooth. My residency gave me an array of specialized experience such as implants. And now, I continue to learn more all the time with training and courses. I’ve always wanted to be the expert, the person that everyone would want to go see, and now my experience and education is making that a reality. I’m on a mission to ring true the American dream, one brighter smile at a time! We want to make receiving and affording dental treatment painless for our patients. That’s our mission.
DR. VALERIE HARTMAN, DDS
Dr. Valerie Hartman is committed to making each patient have a comfortable, positive experience at the dentist. She is a comprehensive advanced general dentist with a passion for dentistry and a desire to ensure each patient has the smile of their dreams. She is able to provide a wide range of advanced general dentistry from cosmetics, smile makeovers, full arch implant same day teeth replacements, and many other general dental procedures. Patient relationships are a priority to her and she treats each individual with the highest quality of care.
Dr. Hartman graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Integrative Physiology and Neurobiology. She earned her doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Adam’s School of Dentistry. Dr. Hartman continued her professional education at the Advanced General Dentistry Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She was selected as Chief Resident and completed the 2-year program with the highest honors. Dr. Hartman is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and Full Arch Masters Academy and is fully committed to lifelong learning.
