Implant Dentist in Cary, NC

SERVICES
Living with missing teeth can make everyday things like eating, speaking, and smiling feel less comfortable. If you are looking for an implant dentist in Cary, NC, All Star Implants provides advanced dental implant care designed to restore stability, function, and confidence. Our team helps patients find secure, natural-looking, and long-term solutions for tooth loss.

Dental implants replace the missing tooth root and support a custom restoration above the gumline. Because the implant becomes anchored in the jawbone, it creates a strong foundation for a crown, bridge, or full-arch restoration. This helps your replacement teeth feel stable while supporting healthy bite function.

Whether you need one implant or a complete smile restoration, our team will guide you through your options with clear explanations and personalized care. At All Star Implants, we help patients from Cary take the next step toward a stronger, healthier smile with confidence.

Why Patients Trust Us

Trust matters, especially when choosing implant care. Patients from Cary choose All Star Implants because they feel heard, respected, and informed before treatment begins. We explain your options clearly, answer questions honestly, and recommend care based on what supports your long-term oral health.

Here is what makes patients feel confident in choosing us:

Personalized Treatment Plans

Every smile has different needs. Some patients need a single implant, while others need bone grafting, a sinus lift, or a full-arch restoration. We create treatment plans based on your exam, imaging, and goals, so your care fits your specific situation.

Advanced Technology

Our office uses modern diagnostic tools and digital imaging to evaluate your jawbone, implant position, bite, and surrounding structures. This level of planning supports greater precision, comfort, and long-term success.

A Calm, Comfortable Environment

Dental anxiety is common, especially before surgical treatment. Our team creates a calm setting where you feel informed, supported, and respected throughout your visit.

Long-Term Focus

Dental implants are a long-term investment in your smile. We focus on durable solutions, healthy function, and ongoing maintenance to support your future oral health.

Transparent Communication

You deserve to understand your treatment before making a decision. We review your options, timeline, cost factors, financing choices, and next steps in clear language.
When patients from Cary visit All Star Implants, they receive thoughtful care from a team that treats them like people, not appointments.

Our Implant Services

All Star Implants provides complete implant care for patients in Cary, NC, in one convenient location. From consultation and imaging to implant placement and restoration planning, our team keeps the process clear, organized, and focused on your comfort.

Dental Implants

Dental implants in Cary, NC, are small titanium posts placed into the jawbone to support replacement teeth. Over time, the implant bonds with the bone and creates a strong foundation for a crown, bridge, or full-arch restoration.

Because implants help stimulate the jawbone, they also help reduce bone loss after tooth loss. With proper care and regular dental visits, dental implants offer a reliable long-term option for restoring your smile.

Single Dental Implants

If you are missing one tooth, a single dental implant in Cary, NC, offers a stable and natural-looking solution. Unlike a traditional bridge, an implant does not depend on neighboring teeth for support, which helps preserve healthy tooth structure.

After healing, a custom crown is attached to match your surrounding teeth. The result is a secure restoration that helps you chew, speak, and smile with confidence.

Full Mouth Dental Implants

Full mouth dental implants in Cary, NC, are designed for patients missing most or all of their teeth. Multiple implants are placed to support a complete set of fixed replacement teeth.

This treatment helps restore bite strength, speech, comfort, and confidence without the slipping or irritation often linked with traditional dentures.

All-on-4 Dental Implants

All-on-4 dental implants in Cary, NC, provide a full-arch replacement option using four strategically placed implants. These implants support a complete upper or lower set of teeth.

Many patients appreciate that temporary teeth may be placed the same day as surgery. This option offers stability, comfort, and a natural-looking smile without removable dentures.

Mini Dental Implants

Mini dental implants in Cary, NC, are smaller than traditional implants and may be recommended when bone volume is limited. They are often used to stabilize dentures or replace smaller teeth.

While they are not suitable for every case, mini implants may improve comfort, retention, and stability for select patients after a detailed evaluation.
Sinus Lift In Garner, NC

Sinus Lift Procedure

In the upper back jaw, limited bone height may make implant placement more difficult. A sinus lift procedure in Cary, NC, gently raises the sinus membrane and adds bone material to create better support.

This helps more patients become candidates for dental implants in the upper jaw.

Bone Grafting for Dental Implants

When bone loss has occurred, bone grafting in Cary, NC, helps rebuild and strengthen the jaw before implant placement. This creates a more stable foundation and supports long-term implant success.

I have been going to Bright smiles Denistry for a long time. They are awesome. The inside staff changed but it’s on. The dental person who cleans my teeth was a little rough but I’m good. The dentist is very gentle and kind. I was sad when they stopped taking Medicaid but it’s their business so my kids had to go to another place. That was not an easy transition either, but it’s done. Try them out and see for yourself.

FAQs

With proper care, dental implants can last many years and often decades. Daily brushing, flossing, professional cleanings, and routine exams help protect the gum tissue and bone that support the implant.
Most patients are surprised by how manageable implant treatment feels. Implant placement is performed with local anesthesia, and many patients compare the experience to a routine extraction. Mild soreness, swelling, or tenderness after surgery is normal and usually improves within a few days.
Dental implants are fixed into the jawbone, while dentures rest on the gums and may need to be removed. Implants provide stronger stability, better chewing support, and a more natural feel for many patients.
Many healthy adults with missing teeth may qualify for dental implants. Healthy gums and enough jawbone support are important. If bone loss has occurred, bone grafting or a sinus lift may help create a stronger foundation for implant placement.
Dental implants should be cared for much like natural teeth. Brush twice daily, floss as recommended, and keep regular dental visits. Healthy gums are essential because the tissue and bone around the implant support long-term success.
Yes. Dental implants can replace one tooth, several teeth, or a full arch of missing teeth. Depending on your needs, your dentist may recommend a single implant, an implant-supported bridge, or full mouth dental implants.
Dental implant coverage depends on your insurance plan. Some plans cover parts of treatment, such as exams, extractions, bone grafting, or final restorations. Our team helps review your benefits and explain financing options when coverage is limited.
The complete dental implant process often takes several months because the implant needs time to bond with the jawbone. Your timeline depends on your oral health, bone support, number of implants, and whether additional procedures are needed.
Bone loss does not always mean you cannot get dental implants. In many cases, bone grafting or a sinus lift can help rebuild support before implant placement. Your dentist will evaluate your jawbone with imaging before recommending treatment.
When a missing tooth is not replaced, nearby teeth may shift into the open space and the jawbone in that area may shrink over time. This can affect your bite, chewing ability, facial structure, and overall oral health. Dental implants help reduce many of these long-term problems.
