Implant Dentist in Auburn, NC
Missing teeth can make eating, speaking, and smiling feel less comfortable. If you are looking for an implant dentist in Auburn, NC, All Star Implants provides advanced dental implant care designed to restore stability, function, and confidence. Our team helps patients find secure, natural-looking solutions for tooth loss.
Dental implants replace the missing tooth root and support a custom restoration above the gumline. Once the implant becomes anchored in the jawbone, it creates a strong foundation for a crown, bridge, or full-arch restoration. This helps your replacement teeth feel stable while supporting healthy bite function.
Whether you need one implant or a complete smile restoration, our team explains your options clearly before treatment begins. At All Star Implants, we help patients from Auburn move toward a stronger, healthier smile with confidence.
Why Patients Trust Us
Trust matters when choosing dental implant care. Patients from Auburn choose All Star Implants because they feel listened to, respected, and informed throughout the process. We explain your options clearly, answer your questions honestly, and recommend care that supports your health and long-term results.
Here is what makes patients feel confident in choosing us:
Personalized Treatment Plans
Every patient has different goals and dental needs. Some patients need one implant, while others need bone grafting, a sinus lift, or a full-arch restoration. We use your exam, imaging, and treatment goals to create a plan that fits your situation.

A Calm, Comfortable Environment
Feeling nervous before implant treatment is common. Our team creates a calm, supportive setting where you feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout your visit.

Our Implant Services
All Star Implants provides complete implant care for patients in Auburn, NC, in one convenient location. From your first consultation and imaging to implant placement and restoration planning, our team keeps the process clear, organized, and focused on your comfort.
Dental Implants
Dental implants in Auburn, NC, are small titanium posts placed into the jawbone to support replacement teeth. Over time, the implant bonds with the bone and creates a secure foundation for a crown, bridge, or full-arch restoration.
Because implants help stimulate the jawbone, they also help reduce bone loss after tooth loss. With proper care and regular dental visits, dental implants offer a reliable long-term option for restoring your smile.
Single Dental Implants
If you are missing one tooth, a single dental implant in Auburn, NC, offers a stable and natural-looking replacement. Unlike a traditional bridge, an implant does not rely on nearby teeth for support, which helps preserve healthy tooth structure.
After healing, a custom crown is attached to match your surrounding teeth. The result is a secure restoration that helps you chew, speak, and smile with confidence.
Full Mouth Dental Implants
Full mouth dental implants in Auburn, NC, are designed for patients missing most or all of their teeth. Multiple implants are placed to support a complete set of fixed replacement teeth.
This treatment helps restore bite strength, speech, comfort, and confidence without the movement or irritation often associated with traditional dentures.
All-on-4 Dental Implants
All-on-4 dental implants in Auburn, NC, provide a full-arch replacement option using four carefully positioned implants. These implants support a complete upper or lower set of teeth.
Many patients appreciate that temporary teeth may be placed the same day as surgery. This option offers stability, comfort, and a natural-looking smile without removable dentures.
Mini Dental Implants
Mini dental implants in Auburn, NC, are smaller than traditional implants and may be recommended when bone volume is limited. They are often used to stabilize dentures or replace smaller teeth.
While they are not suitable for every case, mini implants may improve comfort, retention, and stability for select patients after a detailed evaluation.
Sinus Lift Procedure
In the upper back jaw, limited bone height may make implant placement more difficult. A sinus lift procedure for Auburn patients gently raises the sinus membrane and adds bone material to create better support.
This helps more patients become candidates for dental implants in the upper jaw.
Bone Grafting for Dental Implants
When bone loss has occurred, bone grafting for Auburn patients helps rebuild and strengthen the jaw before implant placement. This creates a more stable foundation and supports long-term implant success.

I have been going to Bright smiles Denistry for a long time. They are awesome. The inside staff changed but it’s on. The dental person who cleans my teeth was a little rough but I’m good. The dentist is very gentle and kind. I was sad when they stopped taking Medicaid but it’s their business so my kids had to go to another place. That was not an easy transition either, but it’s done. Try them out and see for yourself.

I’m not a very good dental patient. Something about that chair sets my anxiety off and running, BUT this is a place I don’t mind going. Even though I still have some anxiety, I’m always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, and in good hands.

FAQs
How do I know if dental implants are right for me?
Dental implants may be right for you if you have one or more missing teeth, healthy gums, and enough jawbone to support the implant. During your consultation, our team reviews your oral health, takes diagnostic images, and explains the best options for your smile.
Are dental implants painful?
Implant placement is performed with local anesthesia, so patients should not feel pain during the procedure. Mild soreness, swelling, or tenderness after surgery is common and usually improves within a few days.
How long do dental implants last?
Dental implants are designed to last for many years with proper care. Brushing, flossing, routine dental visits, and healthy gums all help protect the implant and the bone around it.
Can dental implants replace several missing teeth?
Yes. Dental implants can replace one tooth, several teeth, or a full arch of missing teeth. Depending on your needs, your dentist may recommend a single implant, an implant-supported bridge, All-on-4 treatment, or full mouth dental implants.
What happens if I have bone loss?
Bone loss does not always prevent dental implant treatment. In many cases, bone grafting or a sinus lift can help rebuild support before implant placement. Your dentist will evaluate your jawbone before recommending treatment.
How long does the dental implant process take?
The timeline depends on your oral health, bone support, number of implants, and whether additional procedures are needed. Many implant cases take several months because the implant needs time to bond with the jawbone.
Can dental implants help with loose dentures?
Yes. Implant-supported options may help stabilize loose or uncomfortable dentures. Implants create added support, which can improve chewing comfort and help dentures feel more secure.
Will insurance cover dental implants?
Dental implant coverage depends on your insurance plan. Some plans may cover parts of treatment, such as exams, extractions, bone grafting, or final restorations. Our team helps review your benefits before treatment begins.
What should I avoid after dental implant surgery?
After implant surgery, you should avoid hard foods, smoking, drinking through a straw, and touching the surgical area unless instructed otherwise. Following aftercare instructions helps support smoother healing.
What happens during a dental implant consultation?
During your consultation, our team discusses your concerns, examines your mouth, reviews diagnostic images, and explains your implant options. You will also learn about the timeline, cost factors, and next steps for care.
